Congratulations! You are officially witness to the birth of the Yorktown Central Jazz Blog, a place where all that is cool and hip, or cool but not hip, or neither cool nor hip (hip is always the first to go) can be printed, viewed and commented on.
As this site grows like a little bald monkey baby into a Sinatra-esque lounge singer, you will have access to everything that a budding jazz musician could want... Such as video of great musicians both living and robotic, info on mouthpieces and reeds that will make you dizzy (not Dizzy Gillespie however), harmonic considerations (whatever that means) and links to solo transcriptions you can try playing in your free time. Don't pull a hammy, and please don't hesitate enjoy your exploration in here.

I'd say he's pretty sick. I like his tone and the melodic stuff at the beginning. I'm not big on the overt display of chops, but hey, why not?
