  1. Gee, do you think the sleep article applies to public school teachers too? So many rules to follow though...not sure if many people (nevermind teenagers) would be able to follow them. "get rid of things that make you worry"... NO PROBLEM! And, "don't read or watch TV in bed"...because you know, those aren't very relaxing activities and could prevent you from falling asleep effectively...!!

    The whole playing cards thing though, that's a definite no-no. I mean, it's almost as bad as, say, playing Rock Band to try and lull yourself to sleep...
